the rooms included reliable wifi and interconnecting doors. the hotel restaurant served tasty meals. It was nice. airport transfer was simple.
The television in the room seemed dated. It looked old. the room itself did not quite match the appearance presented in online photos. i think an upgrade here could improve things

The free airport shuttle arrived quickly. Check-in was fast and professional. I found the room quite comfortable. It offered excellent value.

The rooms are quiet. I got a late checkout, which helped a LOT! I left my car at United, next door and very convenient and cheap. The hotel has been refurbished, SO! the room was well presented.
The reception was terrible. No one answered the phone when I called from my room. The television in my room had only local channels with bad picture quality. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, I think it's old.

The shuttle service to the airport was ON TIME.
My room smelled BAD , and it seemed quite old. Maintenance really needs to address the damage. The room felt neglected. The state of the room did not justify the price I paid.

Breakfast was alright.
The parking situation was annoying. I had to pay extra for it though the hotel information implied free parking. I also found a roll of loose carpet in the corridor which posed a tripping hazard.
